CARROTS

The area of 30 hectares gives the harvest of over 1.26 million white cabbages per year. Early cabbages are carefully planted under a special film early in March, and are first harvested in June. So our customers may enjoy freshly harvested vegetables already in early summer.

Cabbage is an excellent source of useful minerals. It contains even more Vitamin C than the citrus. Nutrients are accumulated in the cabbage leaves. They are rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin B1 and B2, pro-vitamin A, and minerals like sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and iron. Cabbages are low in calories - only 30 kcal per 100g of cabbage. Cabbage is excellent in weight loss, and can contribute to a healthy diet.
